Now that as an employee of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation, the honour of serving the best creation of God Almighty has been provided for me, I swear to God Almighty in front of the Holy Quran that I will use all my efforts to fulfil my job duties and assigned responsibilities and I always consider myself obliged to comply with the provisions of the following code of ethics:
Provisions of ethical charter of the employees:
1- believing in the ruling of the jurists: by trust in God Almighty and respecting the principle of ruling of the jurists regarding the provision of benevolent and revolutionary services to the needy people of the society day and night.
2- charter of the rights of service recipients: to comply with the provisions of the charter for the rights of service recipients of Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation
3- serving in the holy institution of the Imam relief: providing services in the holy institution of the Imam relief, by considering it a divine blessing and preserving the sanctity of this revolutionary and divine institution.
4- public assets: to be very cautious and sensitive towards public assets and try to disseminate the Contentment culture in society
5- Empowering and creating a stable income: apply maximum effort in relation to the realization of the goals outlined in the Constitution of Imam Relief, the policies and programs communicated, the demands of the Supreme Leader and the approvals of the respected Board of Trustees of Imam Relief in dealing with the affairs of the disadvantaged and helping to empower and create a stable income for them
6- the roles of relief workers: to have practical commitment to religious duties and respect the position of relief workers in the work environment and society.
7- Values of the Islamic Revolution of Iran: to protect the values of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, by strengthening and elevating the Basiji and Jihadi thinking
8- enthusiasm for service: to maintain our enthusiasm for service, by creating an atmosphere full of trust and confidence between ourselves and our colleagues
9- Avoiding personal interests in providing services: to act without considering our personal interests and family, ethnicity, racial and religious tendencies in carrying out activities and interactions with colleagues and the target society
10- elevating human capital and rejuvenating: to cherish our colleagues specially the young and elevate the human capital in order to improve their attitude, knowledge, insight and skills in the framework of effective service to the underprivileged.
11- Continuous opportunity seeking and threat analysis: try to provide optimal, innovative and intelligent services by periodic control and revision of service plans and methods and continuously finding the opportunities and identifying the threats.
12- seeking the God Satisfaction: to consider God to be the watcher of our actions and behaviour. 13- Work piety: put work piety at the top of our list under all circumstances.
14- promotion of enjoining what is good and prohibiting what is evil: to consider it as a religious duty.
