Board of Trustees

According to the changes made in the Constitution of the Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation, I appoint Hojjat al-Islam  Haj Mohsen Kazerooni, Mr. Parviz Fattah (Eng.), Mr. Hossein Anvari, Mr. Hamidreza Taraghi, Mr. Seyyed Morteza Bakhtiari, Mr. Seyed Mansour Barqai (Eng.), and Dr. Marzieh Vahid Dastjerdi as members of the Board of Trustees, and Mr. Parviz Fattah as the head of Imam Relief Foundation. I am truly confident that the above group and the respected head of this revolutionary institution, with the help of the Almighty God and using the valuable experiences available will take the fundamental and complementary steps in the realization of the enlightened goal of this divine organization, which is empowering and flourishing talents and self-sufficiency and self-reliance of the needy and underprivileged people  and strengthening and growth of their faith and beliefs by providing them with social, cultural and support services.

Undoubtedly, the former officials of the Imam Relief Foundation and, on top of them, the late Mr. Asgar Oladi, may his soul rest in peace, and in recent years, the members of the Central Council and Mr. Anwari have made valuable efforts in the formation of this effective and successful institution in the fight against poverty and deprivation and hereby I appreciate their sincere efforts and pray to God Almighty for divine rewards for them. Although, Imam Relief Foundation main reliance is on our people quantitative and qualitive assistance, the government, parliament and the judiciary undoubtedly Play an important role in supporting this revolutionary institution to carry out the sacred missions.

On July 22, 2019, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, appointed Mr. Seyyed Morteza Bakhtiari as the Head of Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation.

Now that Mr. Parviz Fattah (Eng.) has been appointed to another responsibility, at the proposition of the respectable Board of Trustees and being aware of your religious, ethical and managerial competencies, I appoint you as the Head of Imam Khomeini Relief Foundation. I definitely recommend you to focus on the principles stated in letter of appointment of Mr. Fattah.

 It is emphasized to focus on empowering and generating a stable income for poor families, and to respect their dignity as well as utilizing the young, faithful and revolutionary forces.
