*Service Level Statement: "Granting Educational Assistance to Students, University Students, and Religious Scholars"

1) Introduction:
   Planning and providing the means for the continuation of education for the children of supported families from elementary school to university, and strengthening self-reliance and achieving suitable career prospects in line with social justice is one of the core objectives of the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee.
 The efforts made so far have yielded positive results, enabling many children from supported families who lacked resources to attend classes to achieve higher academic degrees and work in various executive positions in the country. Thousands of students, university students, and religious scholars continue their studies with high spirits and hope for a better future.

2) Objectives of the Statement:
   - Introduce the service on the website emdadd.ir or the soha system.
   - Utilize various portals for easier access to the service.
   - Provide services at electronic service desks and in-person service desks.
   - Inform through the relief portal and SMS.
   - Notify about the stages of service delivery via SMS and online.

3) Definition of Service:
   - Supported Student: A student engaged in one of the educational levels before higher education.
   - Dropouts: Individuals who have left the educational system for any reason during their studies, after passing or failing.
   - Migrating Student: A student who migrates from one branch to another within their province due to a lack of educational facilities in their residence.
   - Educational Guidance and Counseling: Assistance to students in selecting educational fields, subjects, and resolving academic issues at various levels to plan for their educational future and facilitate employment.
   - University Student: An individual enrolled in one of the higher education institutions according to specific regulations.
   - Supported University Student: A student accepted in one of the university programs recognized by the Ministry of Science, Research, and Technology, whose family is supported by the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee.
   - Local Student: A student studying in their province of residence.
   - Non-local Student: A student studying in a province other than their residence.
   - Supported Religious Scholar: An individual studying in one of the seminaries or religious schools, whose family is supported by the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee.
   - Educational Support: A set of services provided in the form of material and spiritual support for the continuation of education and the elevation of the academic level of students and religious scholars.

4) Interaction with Service Recipients:
   - Requests are submitted by beneficiaries through the comprehensive smart relief system, along with necessary documents and evidence.

5) Reporting and Review Process:
   Reporting will be based on the following indicators at the end of each academic semester:
   - Number of supported students and university students.
   - Enrollment rate of school-age individuals (ages 7-18) in schools.
   - Rate of academic success or dropout (failure) among supported students.
   - Percentage of accepted candidates in universities and higher education institutions from the total participants in university entrance exams.
   - Number of identified talented and creative students. The level of participation and assistance from benefactors and educational organizations in the educational affairs of students.

6) Goals of Service Implementation:
  - Create opportunities for cultural, ideological, and academic growth for the children of supported families to flourish their talents and achieve high academic degrees.
  - Direct individuals towards vocational and professional training and employment-generating projects.
  - Provide educational and career guidance to students based on their interests and talents.
  - Strengthen academic foundations and prevent academic decline among students.
  - Assist in the mental health of students and religious scholars and enhance their self-esteem.

7) Responsibilities:
   The services provided by the cultural sector to students, university students, and religious scholars include:
   - Assistance in covering the costs of stationery and textbooks.
   - Assistance in strengthening academic foundations.
   - Assistance in covering school expenses.
   - Assistance for talented students.
   - Assistance in facilitating university admission (costs related to university entrance exams).
   - Educational and career guidance.
   - Conducting preparatory exams for university entrance.

8) Mutual Commitments of Service Recipients and Executive Body:
   1. Provision of initial contributions by the service recipient.
   2. Actions by the executive body in accordance with the commitments of the agreement.

9) A clear and efficient process for resolving disputes and compensating for non-delivery of services should be established (if applicable).

10) Costs and Payments:
    Costs and approved amounts will be provided at the beginning of the academic year in the form of educational service guidelines.

11) Performance Period:
    - Educational assistance for students and religious scholars will be provided at the beginning of the academic year and annually.
    - Educational assistance for university students will be provided each academic semester.

12) Conclusion of the Statement:
   All services provided to supported students are documented according to Article 4 of the guidelines for prevention and provision of cultural services.
