3) Definition of Service:
The Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, based on the issued charter and in collaboration with the Ministry of Health, Treatment and Medical Education (Office of Communicable and Non-communicable Disease Management) and affiliated medical universities, works to increase the health level of beneficiaries through various activities such as health education, screening for communicable and non-communicable diseases, and oral and dental health programs with a focus on children aged 6 to 12 years.
4) Interaction with Service Recipients:
Individuals at high risk are identified based on existing information in the relief systems and referred to diagnostic centers for clinical examinations.
Beneficiaries are informed about these referrals, and after receiving results, follow-up and treatment actions are taken.
5) Reporting and Review Process:
The results from preventive actions are communicated to complete the treatment process for individuals diagnosed with diseases.

- Monitoring the performance of provinces by the central headquarters.

8) Mutual Commitments of Service Recipients and Executive Body:
- Timely attendance of beneficiaries at the designated diagnostic centers and completion of relevant examinations based on contracts with the diagnostic treatment centers.
9) Clear and Efficient Process for Resolving Disputes:
If beneficiaries do not attend the designated centers, it will not be possible to carry out the necessary actions.
10) Costs and Payments:
Funds are deposited by the Organization for Planning and Budget into the relief committee's account, and after being allocated to the provincial account, they must be spent by the end of the year.
