Service Level Statement: "Conducting Educational, Training, and Pilgrimage Camps for Beneficiaries"
1) Introduction:
In the Islamic education and training system, activities that nurture the spirit and body of individuals hold a significant position.
Organizing camps, which are educational and training activities accompanied by recreational, joyful, and sports themes, is not only included in this framework but is also considered one of its main pillars.
Therefore, creating a suitable and refreshing educational and training environment to discover and develop talents and creativity, enhance individual and social skills, and strengthen the religious beliefs of the supported community is of great importance in achieving the goal of intellectual and cultural empowerment.
In this regard, considering the camps and existing infrastructure in the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, conditions have been created for the honored families under support to participate in nationwide, regional, and provincial camps under cultural programs and plans.
2) Objectives of the Statement:
- Introduce the service on the website emdadd.ir or the SOHA system.
- Utilize various portals for easier access to the service.
- Provide services at electronic service desks and in-person service desks.
- Inform through the relief portal and SMS.
- Notify the stages of service provision via SMS and online.
3) Definition of Service:
The Imam Khomeini Relief Committee designs various cultural programs to conduct educational, training, and pilgrimage camps aimed at developing and deepening cultural plans and programs, enhancing the quality of life, and creating motivation among the audience.
4) Interaction with Service Recipients:
Based on the programs and different beneficiary groups, the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee announces calls for participation, followed by necessary actions for selecting and registering individuals to participate in camp programs.
5) Reporting and Review Process:
Reporting and reviewing the service provision is carried out continuously and periodically by the relevant departments at the central and provincial headquarters. The steps of actions are systematically recorded in the relief processes and services system, allowing for reporting and presentation.
6) Goals of Service Implementation:
- Strengthen cultural, religious, and national identity.
- Assist in nurturing creativity and flourishing among the audience.
- Enhance the dignity and self-esteem of the audience.
- Enrich the leisure time of the audience.
- Prevent social harms by providing effective and up-to-date services.
- Assist in the empowerment and self-reliance of the audience through educational courses, distribution of cultural products, etc.
7) Responsibilities:
- Organizing educational, training, and pilgrimage camps for beneficiaries (Service ID: 19072714000).
8) Mutual Commitments of Service Recipients and Executive Body:
- Ensure the initial contribution of the service recipient.
- The executive body must act according to the commitments of the memorandum of understanding.
9) Clear and Efficient Process for Resolving Disputes:
A clear and efficient process for resolving discrepancies and compensating for non-provision of services should be established (if applicable).
10) Costs and Payments:
Agreements regarding costs and payments are in accordance with the costs specified in the service identification document.
11) Performance Period:
Performance will be monitored based on the scheduling of camps and as needed.
