Service Level Statement: "Promotion of the Culture of Charity and Benevolence"

1) Introduction:
   Promoting Islamic good traditions can be seen as a means to organize and deepen the values of faith within the perspectives of individuals in society. The promotion of the culture of charity and benevolence is an effort to disseminate the culture of kindness and to practically achieve religious goals and directives, cultural beliefs regarding social solidarity, cohesion, and concern for the issues of fellow beings. Ultimately, this will lead to the development of voluntary and community-based structures in the field of philanthropy and the participation of all members of society. Accordingly, this organization, within the framework of its charter and other strategic documents, will develop and implement programs aimed at promoting Islamic good traditions by utilizing community capacities, local trustees, reference groups, neighborhood leaders, mosques, charitable centers, and other grassroots organizations.

2) Objectives of the Statement:
   1. Introduce the service on relevant online platforms (Smart Relief, Community Networks, Ekrām).
   2. Facilitate the connection of the target community of benefactors for activities in the field of charity and benevolence using various portals.
   3. Provide continuous and up-to-date information and responses to the target community of benefactors to strengthen public trust and operational transparency through effective visual and auditory methods.
   4. Disseminate content suitable for promoting charity and benevolence among various segments of society.

Definition of Service:
   The Imam Khomeini Relief Committee aims to strengthen and develop the culture of charity and benevolence across the country by leveraging religious foundations and the rich Islamic culture in philanthropy.
 It will formulate and implement operational programs focusing on community capacities and attracting benefactors related to these capacities, thus facilitating a people-centered approach to service delivery and enhancing the coverage of charity and benevolence services.

3) Interaction with Service Recipients:
   Interaction with the target community of benefactors generally occurs based on two main approaches: the relief committee reaching out to benefactors and benefactors reaching out to the relief committee in various forms, both in-person and online, during national and religious occasions or otherwise.

Reporting and Review Process:
   Performance reports in the field of promoting the culture of charity and benevolence can be obtained from the relevant system on a seasonal and annual basis. Additionally, this organization will raise awareness among the general and specific target communities by publishing statistical yearbooks.

4) Goals of Service Implementation:
   1. Adhere to religious rituals and ethical teachings in addressing the needs of the underprivileged and fellow beings.
   2. Maximize the attraction of benefactors through participatory and supportive programs and expand the reach of services to the target community of the needy.
   3. Strengthen social solidarity and national cohesion.

5) Responsibilities:
   The Imam Khomeini Relief Committee, based on Articles 10, 11, and 12 of its charter, is responsible for approving and implementing various participatory programs aimed at promoting the culture of charity and benevolence.

6) Mutual Commitments of Service Recipients and Executive Body:
   A. Commitments of Service Recipients:
   - Ensure the accuracy of the information provided at the time of registration as beneficiaries of participatory and promotional programs.
   - Fulfill ongoing or one-time financial and non-financial commitments.
   - Other commitments as per the memorandum of understanding (if applicable).

   B. Commitments of the Executive Body:
   - Open a Qarz al-Hasna deposit account and provide banking services if needed.
   - Provide necessary general and specialized justifications.
   - Facilitate the processes of attracting public participation through innovative tools and methods.
   - Provide performance reports to beneficiaries.
   - Other commitments as per the memorandum of understanding (if applicable).

7) Clear and Efficient Process for Resolving Disputes:
   Potential disputes will first be resolved at the level of county and provincial management. If unresolved, they will be addressed by the Deputy for the Development of Public Participation and ultimately by the General Department of Supervision and Inspection.

8) Costs and Payments:
   All services and sub-services related to charity and benevolence programs in the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee are provided free of charge to the general public.

9) Performance Period:
   This service level agreement is valid until [30/12/1401] and is signed by the [Deputy for the Development of Public Participation].

10) Conclusion of the Statement:
   Based on religious and humanitarian principles, the promotion of the culture of charity and benevolence is not limited by time or place, and there is no end to this service.
