*Statement of Livelihood Assistance Service

1) Introduction:
   (Providing livelihood assistance services in the form of monthly allowances to beneficiaries supported by the welfare organization according to the decisions of the Ministry of Welfare and the annual budget approved by the Islamic Consultative Assembly.)

2) Objectives of the Statement:
   - Introducing the service at the website emdadd.ir or the soha system.
   - Utilizing various portals for easier access to the service.
   - Informing through the welfare portal and SMS.
   - Providing information on the stages of service delivery via SMS and online.

3) Definition of Service:
   The Imam Khomeini Relief Committee aims to improve and assist the economic situation of families, prevent various social harms, and preserve the dignity and values of needy and disabled families. It provides livelihood assistance to enhance the quality of life for beneficiaries and create a suitable environment for subsistence and meeting basic needs based on the per capita determined according to the number of household members supported.

4) Interaction Process with Beneficiaries:
   Upon the request submitted by the beneficiary, along with the necessary documents and evidence, and after reviewing and visiting the beneficiary's home by the family social worker and confirming the household conditions based on the relief acceptance guidelines, the livelihood assistance service is provided.

5) Reporting and Review Process:
   Based on the information recorded in the smart welfare system, at the end of each month, a report on the livelihood beneficiaries is prepared, and the necessary funding and monthly allowance payments to their accounts are carried out.

6) Goals of Service Implementation:
   1. Reducing and eliminating absolute poverty in the country.
   2. Improving the livelihood of needy households in lower-income deciles.

7) Responsibilities:

   - The Relief Committee is committed to supporting identified needy individuals based on the decisions of the government and the Islamic Consultative Assembly and referring them to the Targeted Subsidy Organization.
   - In special circumstances and due to emerging conditions such as earthquakes, floods, disease outbreaks, or specific economic situations, measures will be taken to provide livelihood support for needy individuals.

9) Clear and Efficient Process for Resolving Discrepancies and Compensating for Non-Delivery of Service (if any):
   - Applicants for this permit are obliged to submit their documents only through the system/front office/in person to this organization.
   - Details related to the "Service/Sub-Service Information Form" regarding the timing of service delivery, the number of in-person visits by the applicant, access methods, and times for accessing the service, as well as all service details, will be mentioned by the organization in a committed manner.
