"Exemption from Military Service"
1) Introduction:
Exemption from military service.
2) Objectives of the Statement:
- Registration of the service at the website emdadd.ir or the soha system.
- Utilizing various portals including government front office/beneficiary dashboard, etc., for easier access to the service.
- Providing services at electronic service desks and in-person service desks.
- Informing about the stages of the registration process to service delivery through the welfare portal and SMS.
- Providing information about the service delivery stages via SMS and online.
3) Definition of Service:
Includes guardianship of a divorced mother or the death of a spouse (one of the male children of single mothers) or a single child of a male head of household with at least three daughters.
4) Interaction Process with Beneficiaries:
- Submission of requests by beneficiaries.
5) Reporting and Review Process:
- Registration of beneficiaries' requests in the soha system.
- Providing service (introduction letter) to beneficiaries through the process outlined in the soha system.
- Obtaining performance reports from the system.
6) Goals of Service Implementation:
- The purpose of this service level agreement is to ensure the quality of service provided by the Imam Khomeini Relief Committee to eligible beneficiaries under the support of the welfare organization.
- This statement specifies the level of mutual agreement regarding this service, monitoring methods, and organizational responsibilities if necessary.
7) Responsibilities:
- The Administrative and Employment Organization agrees that the service will be provided as follows:
- Providing introduction letters to eligible applicants.
- The Imam Khomeini Relief Committee is authorized to create and implement policies for [Family Support and Health Deputy] regarding [introductions], with documentation as follows: [Location for inserting the laws and regulations under which this executive body is authorized to create and implement the mentioned policies.]
8) Mutual Commitments of Beneficiaries and Executive Body:
Beneficiary:
- Submission of requests by beneficiaries in case of real need.
- Optimal use of the provided service and expenditure in accordance with the stated needs.
Executive Body:
- Timely and prompt provision of services.
- Considering the laws agreed upon with the Military Service Organization in providing services.
9) Clear and Efficient Process for Resolving Discrepancies and Compensating for Non-Delivery of Service (if any):
- Applicants for this permit are obliged to submit their documents only through the system/front office/in person to this organization.
- Details related to the "Service/Sub-Service Information Form" regarding the timing of service delivery, the number of in-person visits by the applicant, access methods, and times for accessing the service, as well as all service details, will be mentioned by the organization in a committed manner.
10) Costs and Payments:
(Agreements regarding costs and payments are in accordance with the costs listed in the sub-service identification in the government service management system.)
- Providing introduction letters to military service applicants according to regulations.
11) Duration of Operation:
- The duration of this service is performed once.
